With the highest regard for our customer’s and staff members health and safety, we have made the following changes in the ways in which we are able to better serve our customers.

Covid-19 Dealership Safety Measures

We have put in place multiple processes throughout the dealership to ensure everyone’s safety. Some of these measures include:

  • Scheduled and proactive cleaning and disinfecting of all high-touch areas such as desks, counter tops, door handles, customer lounge chairs, phones and debit machines.
  • We have added many visual markers and reminders throughout the dealership to promote and adhere to social distancing requirements. We appreciate your support and understanding in keeping this safe distance during your visit.

Service Department

  • Our service department is now operating a temporarily reduced days and hours schedule. Our modified hours of operation are Monday to Friday 7 am to 4 pm.
  • Due to these reduced days and hours, service appointments are highly recommended and can be scheduled online at airdriehonda.ca/xtime/ or over the phone at 403.945.8808.
  • While your vehicle is in our service department we are taking every precaution to ensure everyone’s health and safety. We are using disposable gloves, plastic steering wheel covers and we are sanitizing all touch-points areas including door handles, seat belt buckles, gear shift and keys/fobs. These disinfecting measures are completed on all vehicles before and after any service work.

Airdrie Honda Service Valet (Pick-Up & Drop-Off)

We realize that in these unprecedented times it may be very difficult for our customers to coordinate the service or repair of their vehicle. In order to better assist our customers, we are offering our pick up and drop off Valet Services.

This no charge service will include:

  • A team member will come to you your home* or business* to pick up your vehicle
  • Service or repairs will be completed at the dealership
  • We will update you with the progress on your vehicle and notify you know once everything has been completed
  • We will send you a digital copy of the repair order
  • Payments can be easily completed through an e-transaction
  • We will deliver your vehicle back to you at your home* or business*
  • Before leaving the vehicle, we will clean and sanitize all interior touch points

Sales Departments

We realize that purchasing a vehicle right now may not be your top priority but if you are considering your options, we’re here to help. We are now able to offer you two vehicle shopping alternatives.

  1. Dealership Visit

 We are still open and able to sell (finance, lease or cash) vehicles in the dealership and we would welcome a showroom visit to work with us in store. Our New and Used vehicle sales departments are now operating a temporarily reduced days and hours schedule. Our modified hours of operation are Monday to Friday 10 am to 5 pm. Due to these reduced days and hours, appointments are highly recommended and can be requested online through email, chat or text at www.airdriehonda.ca or over the phone at 403.945.8808. All necessary precautions have been taken to provide a healthy, safe and sanitary in-store experience.

  1. Prefer to Skip the Dealership… we can work with you online

If you are simply exploring your options and would like more information regarding price and availability, payment and finance options or perhaps a remote presentation of a particular vehicle, we are here to assist you. One of our sales representatives would be happy to work with you on the platform you are most comfortable with such as phone, email, text, chat, Facetime and Zoom.

If you have narrowed your selection and would like to arrange a test drive, we can bring the vehicle(s) to you and we will ensure the vehicle is freshly sanitized before your test drive. If you are wanting to trade-in your vehicle we can provide a complimentary off-site appraisal as well.

Once a vehicle has been selected and you would like to explore your purchase options we will:

  • Ensure the entire process is stress-free and fully transparent. Please keep in mind that we have “No Dealer Fees”. This means the price we quote is the price you pay… no surprises, guaranteed!!
  • Present finance and lease options to structure a payment that works best for you
  • Send you our virtual credit application that can be completed online
  • Have one of our finance managers work with you and our preferred lenders to find the best options for you including extended warranties and insurance protection plans
  • Provide you with a full disclosure bill of sale and a complete payment breakdown for your review and approval
  • Send you an electronic link to put a deposit on your selected vehicle

Once all the paperwork is in order and your vehicle is ready for delivery, we will arrange to have the paperwork and vehicle brought to you by one of our representatives. We would be happy to have you come to the dealership to complete the transaction if you prefer.
